Paul Walker  -  Program Manager 
Mr. Paul C. Walker is currently the Initial Flight Screening (IFS) Program Manager for Doss Aviation in Pueblo, Colorado.  He retired from active duty as a Colonel following a 25 year career in the United States Air Force.  During his Air Force career, he served in a variety of operational, training and staff positions in various commands.  He retired as a Command Pilot with 3,500 flying hours in fighter and training aircraft, including 80 hours combat time in Southwest Asia. He oversees the entire IFS program of approximately 200 employees as well as a fleet of 44 aircraft. He serves as a member of the Pueblo Airport Advisory Committee and is a member of Rotary 43, where he serves as President of the Rotary 43 Foundation.

Lee Hall - Deputy Program Manager
Mr. Lee Hall is currently the Initial Flight Screening Deputy Program Manager for Doss Aviation in Pueblo, Colorado.  Mr. Hall retired from active duty in 2004 as a Colonel following a 26 year career in the United States Air Force, with over 3,500 flying hours in fighter and training aircraft, including over 170 hours of combat time. In the absence of the Program Manager, Mr. Hall oversees the entire IFS program of approximately 200 employees as well as a fleet of 44 aircraft, and is an Instructor Pilot.  He serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees for the Sangre do Cristo Arts Center here in Pueblo.

Nancy Driskill - Lodging General Manager
Ms. Nancy Driskill is the General Manager of Lodging for Doss Initial Flight Screening in Pueblo Colorado. She comes to IFS with 16+ years of hotel management experience with Marriott International and Innkeepers Hospitality. She held the positions of Suite Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Front Desk Supervisor, HR, Assistant General Manager, Hotel Trainer and General Manager. She has been recognized with 19 prestigious awards during her hotel career. Ms. Driskill oversees the daily operations of a 195 room Hotel, the largest in Pueblo Colorado.

Pete Eunice - Safety Manager
Air Force Major (Retired) with over 24 years of service.  He has experience in flying operations, training, education, and safety.  During his USAF career, Mr. Eunice served in a number of management positions such as Chief Pilot, Standardization/Evaluation Pilot and Chief of Safety HQ CAP-USAF.  He was an instructor pilot in the C-21, C-130 and served as a JSUPT instructor pilot in the T-1.  Mr. Eunice currently serves as the Safety Manager for Doss Initial Flight Screening at Pueblo, CO where he reports directly to the Program Manager on all safety concerns.  His primary duty is to ensure that training at Doss IFS is conducted as safely as possible by providing oversight of all flight and ground activities at the Pueblo facility.

Richard Kelting - Director of Maintenance
Air Force Senior Master Sergeant (Retired) with over 30 years aircraft maintenance and management experience in a variety of positions including airframe/powerplant technician, Training Manager, Production Superintendent and Maintenance Unit Superintendent (NCOIC).  Airframes worked include the General Dynamics FB-111A, Rockwell OV10A, Cessna OA-37 and Lockheed Martin F-16.  His dates of Service were 29 Dec 1980 to 31 Dec 2008.  He was awarded the AF Certified Master Mechanic certification in 1998.  He has also received the 56 Fighter Wing Maintenance Professional of the Year Award and the General Leo Marquez Leadership Award. He is currently performing duties as the Director of Maintenance for Doss Aviation’s fleet of 44 Diamond DA-20 aircraft, where he leads a team of 15 maintenance professionals to produce over 20,000 sorties annually.

Mark Maryak - Chief Pilot
Air Force Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) with over 21 years of service and over 4000 hours in multiple aircraft.  He has experience in operational flying, flight training, personnel management, program management, and operational planning. He flew in combat operations during Operations DESERT STORM and ENDURING FREEDOM.  He currently serves as Chief Pilot for Doss Initial Flight Screening at Pueblo, CO.  His primary duties are to oversee the manning of all positions within the instructor force, direct the execution of academic course training, manage scheduling activities, and supervise standardization and evaluation processes to ensure all flying-related contractual obligations are met safely and efficiently.  His program covers all aspects of flight training operations, ensuring Doss continuously provides outstanding service to the United States Air Force.


Dennis Murray2

Dennis Murray - Chief/Quality Control
Air Force Colonel (Retired) with over 36 years of service.  He has experience in administration, management analysis, flying operations, plans, training, education, program funding, and contract management.  He served on numerous staffs and in various command positions.  He was a navigator/WSO with over 2500 hours in the KC-135, C-131, T-43, and F-4C, D, and E.  He currently serves as Chief of Quality Control for Doss Initial Flight Screening at Pueblo, CO.  His primary duties are to oversee the entire contract operation to insure the highest level of quality products and services are provided to the Air Force.  His program covers every aspect of the contract to include program management, flying operations, aircraft maintenance, computer support, facilities, safety, lodging, housekeeping, food service, security, and fitness center.

Alan Rocco - Chief Facilities Engineer
Facilities Manager/Engineer, with over 30 years experience in facilities management, electronic and mechanical design, production engineering, testing, calibration, R&D, safety, quality control, and manufacturing. He has spent 17 years in manufacturing designing and testing military electronics and electronic weapons. He spent several years as an operations manager overseeing the operations and remodeling of the Pueblo Mall in Pueblo CO and the Animas Valley Mall in Farmington NM. He is currently serving as the Chief Facilities Engineer at Doss Initial Flight Screening in Pueblo CO. Duties are overseeing the operation of the building and ground maintenance, upgrades, and control systems.

Jamie Trujillo - IT Manager
Mr. Jamie Trujillo currently serves Doss IFS as the IT Manager.  In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the Doss IT Department, which consists of over $2M in software and hardware assets.  Prior to joining Doss Aviation, he was Assistant Vice-President of the Pueblo Economic Development Corporation and was instrumental in bringing Doss Aviation to Pueblo.  A veteran of the IT industry, he held numerous positions with AT&T prior to relocating to Pueblo, and holds many industry recognized professional certifications.  Mr. Trujillo is an alumnus of The Colorado College and a graduate of Western Governors University.

Billy R. Hayes - LESCO Project Manager and IFS Security Manager
Born in El Paso Texas and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Married for 18 years with 4 girls. Joined the Air Force in 1984 and retired from Air Force Security Forces at Cheyenne Mountain AFS after 22 years of service. Hired by LESCO as the Security Manager for DOSS Aviation and promoted as the Project Manager to oversee LESCO operations. LESCO is a Logistics company sub-contracted to DOSS Aviation to provide Security, Physical Fitness training, and Dining services.

Linda Fuentes - Executive Assistant and Protocol Officer
Ms. Linda Fuentes is the Executive Assistant to the Program Manager and Protocol Officer for Doss IFS in Pueblo, Colorado.  Ms. Fuentes has over 25 years in the telecommunications and event planning industry and has served in various administrative positions.  She serves on the Women of Courage International Board of Directors, and is a member of the Pueblo Continuum of Care Group and Domestic Violence Task Force.

Emilie Condrea - HR Representative
Ms. Emilie Condrea currently serves Doss IFS as its Human Resources Professional.  In this position, Mr. Condrea is an advocate for both the company and the people who work for Doss IFS. Prior to joining Doss Aviation, Ms. Condrea had her own real estate company and was a top performer for five years with the RE/MAX Pueblo Central office.  Ms. Condrea has held numerous high level positions with multi-national corporations in the human resources, legal and food manufacturing industries.  Ms. Condrea is currently aspiring to earn a Business Management degree.

Brody Trainor - Resource Manager
A 2008 Graduate from Colorado Christian University, Mr. Trainor has a high level of experience in such fields as banking and metal recycling. He has worked at banks throughout the state.  Upon graduation he received a management position with American Iron & Metal; a Pueblo based company that is in the business of recycling metal, where he was in charge of the daily purchasing, sales, and cash flow operations. Mr. Trainor followed a new branch opening to Alamosa CO to spear head that operation.  He is currently the Resource Manager in charge of accounting material at Doss IFS, tracking budgets, creating reports on inventory levels, and several creating reports asked for from the corporate office.
